Meet Sabal

Having settled in Oceanside for 5 years and Escondido for over 10, Sabal is intimately familiar with the competitive regional market and sustains a prowess for edging out the competition on behalf of his clients. Prior to landing in real estate, Sabal spent time in the technology field working for Apple as well as Tesla in sales where he honed his technique. Once segueing into real estate, Sabal earned his chops working as an assistant for fellow Pacific Sotheby’s agent Beth Van Boxtel, a 2021 finalist for Real Estate Agent of the Year, where he has been instrumental in the sale of over $20 million in properties.
